Hello! I’m Anneka, a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Welcome to Your Counselling Journey. 

I’m a fully qualified integrative counsellor who will tailor my approach to help you find space, clarity, and better understand your thoughts and feelings.

 

We all have moments of feeling stuck on our life journey. Counselling can help. Taking the first step can be difficult but I’m here to help you feel heard and find a way. 

 

I provide a safe and confidential space where you can explore your journey at your pace to understand the challenges and uncover your self awareness. 

 

I offer a flexible approach. I can offer you sessions in person at a comfortable dedicated counselling space in my garden office- close to Basingstoke town centre, with parking close by. I also offer online sessions. Weekly, bi-weekly and ad hoc sessions are available to fit in with you for as long as you need. I offer a discount on block bookings of  6 sessions.
